Training Process

The entire training process is conducted online. Once you begin the course, you will have access to videos that include case studies, interactive lessons, and demonstrations. The course is divided into multiple modules, each ending with a quiz that you must complete.
The knowledge you gain through the online outreach training will be assessed in a final exam. If you score 70% or higher, you will pass the course and receive your certificate via email immediately. A few weeks after successfully completing the course, your DOL Card will be mailed to the address you provided.

Exam & Quiz Information

To earn the 30-Hour Construction card, you must achieve a minimum score of 70%. You will be given three attempts to pass the quizzes and the final exam.

If you fail all three attempts or allow your course to expire, you may use the Course Reset Button once to restart. Should you fail again, your course access will be suspended, and you will need to repurchase the course to resume your training.

After successfully completing the 30-Hour Construction Outreach training and completing the course evaluation survey, you can print your 30-Hour Construction certificate. Beyond that, you will receive your 10-Hour General Industry card, also known as the DOL card, issued by the U.S. Department of Labor in no less than two weeks.
