When will I receive my 10-Hour OSHA DOL card for construction? How long does it last?
You will receive your official OSHA 10-Hour DOL card by mail in no less than 2 weeks. This will be a pocket-sized plastic card that will be delivered directly to your provided address. The OSHA 10-Hour card for construction does not expire at the federal level. Once you complete the course, the card is valid for life. However, some states, employers, or local jurisdictions may require you to retake the training after a certain period, typically every 3-5 years, to ensure your knowledge stays current with safety regulations.
Is this course valid in all the states?
Yes, our OSHA Outreach Training programs, including this one, are valid in all 50 states. OSHA is a federal agency, so its regulations and training requirements apply nationwide. However, some states may have additional local requirements. We offer a 10-Hour Construction Program specific to New York state for residents of that region.

How long does it take to complete this training?
The total duration of this construction course is 10-Hours. However, you would have up to 6 months of successfully complete this program. While this is a self-paced course you can work around your schedule, OSHA regulations do not allow you to train for more than 7.5 hours in a day. This means you have minimum of two days and a maximum of 6 months to complete the OSHA 10-Hour Outreach Program for Construction.
