Training Process
Per Local Law 196, in order to renew your SST Worker's card in the City of New York, workers are required to complete 8 hours of refresher training. This option fulfills the NYC Department of Buildings' requirements for an individual applying for renewal of a Site Safety Training (SST) Worker's Card. The courses included for the renewal should be taken 1 year before the SST card expiration. This option is only for individual who already obtained SST worker card that is about to expire.
